4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to open only one Account with wla168. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all balances. This restriction applies per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password and change it regularly
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device
• Keep your email address and phone number updated for security notifications

4.4 KYC Verification

wla168 is required by law and licensing regulations to verify the identity of all players. You will be asked to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP), proof of address, and potentially proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal, but we reserve the right to request verification at any time.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

wla168 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account status and payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees. You agree that all deposited funds are yours and have been obtained legally.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus forfeited
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified Accounts

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence for large or unusual transactions.

5.4 Fees

wla168 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees may apply if you use a payment method in a currency other than IDR.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1.000.000 bonus means you must place Rp 30.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements (usually 1.50 or higher).

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wla168 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, in cases of suspected bonus abuse including but not limited to: multi-accounting, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that exploits bonus terms without genuine gameplay.

6.4 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support. Once opted out, you will not be eligible for any promotional offers until you opt back in.

7. Betting Rules and Policies

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming. We are not responsible for errors or misunderstandings on your part.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

wla168 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for large stakes, unusual betting patterns, or circumstances where we suspect violation of these Terms. If a bet is rejected, your stake will be returned to your Account balance.

7.3 Results and Settlement

Sports betting results are determined based on official results from the relevant sports governing body at the time of bet settlement. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies.

If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless specific sport-specific rules state otherwise. Detailed betting rules for each sport and game type are available on our website.

7.4 Errors and Omissions

In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or bet settlement (such as incorrect odds display, technical malfunction, or human error), wla168 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, creating fake identities, or any form of fraudulent activity
• Multi-Accounting: Opening more than one Account per person, household, or payment method
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or tournament games
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences or technical delays to guarantee profit without genuine risk
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through unfair strategies or multi-accounting
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or facilitate illegal financial transactions
• Hacking or Reverse Engineering: Attempting to access our systems without authorization or reverse engineer our software
• Insider Trading: Using non-public information to gain unfair betting advantage (especially in sports betting)

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

wla168 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. We reserve the right to suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will not be liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability, including missed betting opportunities or inability to place or cash out bets during downtime.

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wla168's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.3 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. wla168 does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9.4 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding betting and for managing your gambling activity responsibly. wla168 is not responsible for gambling-related harm, financial losses, or addiction issues arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. After closure, you will no longer be able to access the Service using that Account.

10.2 Termination by wla168

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your Account activity suggests problem gambling behavior and you have not responded to our responsible gaming interventions
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Continuing your Account poses a risk to wla168, other players, or third parties

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance and withhold any winnings obtained through breach of these Terms. If your Account is closed in good standing, you will be able to withdraw your remaining balance according to standard withdrawal procedures.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wla168 is licensed and regulated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact our customer support team in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to our designated complaints handling officer.

11.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute must be brought within six (6) months of the date on which the events giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred and will not be considered.
